Key Responsibilities:
Apartment Viewings and Tenant Coordination
- You’ll be the friendly face welcoming prospective tenants. Coordinate appointments for apartment viewings, ensuring a seamless experience for those exploring their future homes.
- Showcase our properties with pride, highlighting their unique features and amenities.
Tenant Relations and Leasing
- Renting an apartment is more than paperwork; it’s about building relationships. You’ll assist prospective tenants, collect application documents, and guide them through the leasing process.
Product Knowledge Master
- Become an expert! Know our properties inside out – from floor plans to community amenities.
- Stay informed about major competitors’ offerings.
Qualifications
