We are thrilled to announce our sponsorship of the Coldest Night of the Year, a fundraising campaign dedicated to supporting The Ottawa Mission. At our core, we believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back, and we are proud to align ourselves with an initiative that makes a tangible impact on the lives of those in need.
Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) is a family-friendly walk to raise funds for local charities that help people facing hardships like hunger and homelessness. It’s a chance for communities to come together, fundraise, walk, and collectively make a difference, especially during the cold winter months.
This event serves as an annual reminder for Canadians to step outside their comfort zones and extend a hand of warmth and compassion to those in need. Since its inception in 2011, CNOY has successfully raised over $96,000,000 across Canada, benefiting numerous communities – with 100% of net proceeds staying local to support CNOY charity partners.
After a successful walk on Feb. 24, 2024, we’re thrilled to share that we surpassed our $2,500 fundraising goal! We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined our walk team and contributed thus far. As an added incentive, our team captain has generously offered to dye his hair with BLUE FROSTED TIPS if we can double our target, aiming to raise $5000 by March 31st! Let’s rally together to achieve this goal!
We extend a warm invitation to our valued clients, partners, and community members to join us in this meaningful cause and help us double our initial fundraising goal. Whether you already participated in the walk, volunteered your time, or contributed financially, we thank you, but the fight is not over yet! Together, we have the power to continue to make a genuine and positive change in the lives of our neighbours facing hurt, hunger and homelessness.
